Opinión de un comprador: I debated between a 2 or a 3 for the spitfire. Given the overall price for the fan once you purchase all the necessary components, I regalo't think it warrants a 4, maybe a 3 1/2. I almost gave it a 2 due the wobbling at anything higher than a medium speed. I think this excessive wobbling may be due in part to the extended downrod I purchased to compensate for my high ceilings.
Other than the fan blades (which I reviewed separately), I regalo't see any concreto craftsmanship in the fan housing to warrant the overall cost. The cost of the housing alone is more than many complete fan kits. Some may wonder why I kept the fan. The answer is that I didn't feel like taking the fan back apart after I got it installed, and then having to pack and ship the various components back and then have to purchase and re-install something else. My time and effort wasn't it in this particular case. Also, I purchased the fan during a period when all the separate components I needed were being discounted.
Please note that the key components for the spitfire have to be ordered separately which can be a bit annoying (i. E. , the fan motor and ceiling assembly, the wooden fan blades and the light module all have to each be purchased separately). This supposedly allows you to campeonato the fan finish to the fan blades (which are carved wood) and get only the components you need.
I also purchased the light module which I regret not sending back since it slightly detracts the look of the overall fan in my concepto and I never use it. I regalo't particularly like the light itself, but if you want to add a light to the fan your options are limited. The light module does give it that aircraft, industrial look which I generally like, but the execution wasn't quite there for me. I believe that fanimation could have done much better with the light module especially given its price. Unless you really need an overhead light, I would recommend that you skip the light juego. Fortunately, the fan blades pulls it all together and makes up for any shortcomings of the light module.
I had originally mistakenly thought that a key differentiator of this unit is that the fan and light can be completely controlled wirelessly using an app on your mobile phone. The execution of this capability is not the best by a long shot, but it's ok. However, I never use so why bother.
The app and the capabilities of the fan and light are very basic, but it is a nice touch that most fanáticos don't have. The wireless receiver itself came with the propulsor assembly and is super easy to install. Even so, I strongly suspect that the wireless receiver is third party and is not what I would consider a truly integrated design.
The companion mobile app allows you to turn the fan on/off and allows you to set the fan speed to low/medium/high and the light on/off as well as adjust the brightness. The adjustment for the brightness of the light is very granular which allows you to adjust the light to any setting from 0 to cien%. The aplicación includes a timer that you can use to observación both the fan and the light. Even though this fan has wireless capability it has no other capability for overall smarthome integration (e. G. , there is no Alexa integration). The wireless capability is a nice overall idea, but it really falls short of what could be done.
There is a small, somewhat tacky, hand remote that comes with the fan. However, I found that the capabilities of the remote to be less than what the mobile app provides so the remote remains in the drawer as a backup device.
In retrospect I would not purchase the fan again. It's a nice fan, but so are many others which provide a much better return for your investment. However, I do want to point out that the wooden blades are a nice touch which in my concepto makes the fan worth considering. The wireless capability, albeit limited, is a nice differentiator compared to most ceiling fans currently available - that is if you like to fiddle with your fan's controls.
The net-net is given the total cost of ownership when you throw in the blades, downrod and light juego and the inability to integrate into an Alexa eco system, I recommend the Haiku over this product. I have come to really appreciate my Haiku fans.

Opinión de un comprador: I needed a ceiling fan for my kids room. We just got a bunk bed and the existing fan blades were too close to the ranking. Both the kids sometimes hang around the ranking bed which makes it very easy for one of them to get hit. I purchased this new fan and it was a changer. It has guards and the blades were smaller yet still provided more then enough breeze to the room. Super easy to install.

Opinión de un comprador: Alles daran! Das Preisleistungverhältnis! Auch die Versandkosten für so ein grosses und schweres Packet sind gut. Sehr gut verpackt, extra schnell geliefert (nach Österreich innerhalb von 3 Tagen) und der Venti funktioniert gut. Diese Deckenventis sind halt fummelig zoom montieren und 4 Hände sind sehr hilfreich. Die Montageanleitung ist gut, auch wenn nicht auf Deutsch. 1 Stern Abzug: Leider fehlt eine Bedienungsanleitung. Man muss selber erforschen wie oft man an der Schnur ziehen muss damit man alle Geschwindigkeiten durch hat. Und die Kette ist viel zu kurz.
Es gibt eine vorgeschriebene Montagehöhe. Wenn man die einhält, was bei normaler Raumhöhe (kein Altbau) ohnehin nicht machbar ist, muss man die Kette selber verlängern.
